This is the initial origin of our business. In 2011 Radiki was established as a company that specialized in the collection and supply of wild greens to a number of award winning chefs and their businesses. Sotiris Lymperopoulos gained worldwide recognition as one of the few food scouters worldwide often called upon by some major chefs for new fresh produce ingredients that could make a difference to their menus and their exclusive clientele. Shortly after, the demand for such unique high quality produce increased and so Radiki moved on to grow and supply vegetables and later on fruit.
As our business continues to grow through Radiki Fruits, we now aim to widen our scope so that more and more everyday people like us can have access to fruit and soon vegetables, which have a real flavor while being grown sustainably.
